A minimum of one weeks notice is required.Exact dates are required when suspending and cannot be back dated.The membership will restart automatically after the suspension period has finished.Suspensions will not be valid without proof of request. Please print a copy of the Suspension Receipt once the request has been submitted and retain for future references.Members are entitled to suspend their memberships with no charge for the following time periods: 1 month membership and under = not available, 3 month membership = 1 week, 12 month membership = maximum 4 weeks.Please note, for direct debit memberships, there are no limit on suspensions. If suspension is made within your minimum term date, your minimum term date will be extended according to the length of your suspension.
