I acknowledge and agree that as a participant in MRRC  Social Sports program (Social Sports) I assume all risks and liability for any personal injury, including disability and death, property loss or damage suffered by me as a result of or in any way associated with my participation in Social Sport. I agree to release, waive and discharge MRRC , its officers, employees  from any claim, liability or demand of any kind, whether caused by the negligence of the Shire , its officers, employees or staff  or otherwise, resulting from or associated in any way from my participation in Social Sport
