Lost Property

The Margaret River Recreation Centre accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings. All general lost property items are held for one week. After this period, all reusable clothing and other suitable items are donated to charity.

Valuable items, such as phones, hearing aids, spectacles, wallets, watches, jewellery, cash, credit cards, ID cards, and keys, are held for one month. If these items are not collected within this timeframe, they are either donated to charity or sent to the local police.

For health and safety reasons, the following items will be disposed of within 24 hours, or at the end of the night sweep:

Beauty and body cleaning products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorants)
Food and containers
Drink bottles.
Underwear and socks

If you lose an item within the venue, please email us directly at recreation@amrshire.wa.gov.au or fill out the online form on our website.

If the item is found, a team member will contact you within 7 days.
