Fitness classes

Acceler8: This class is fast and fun! 45 minutes of high intensity, full energy, interval exercise. Every class is individually designed using a variety of exercises and equipment to keep you motivated.

Aqua: A total body workout shared between shallow and deep water, allowing you to work as hard as you like. Designed to tone and burn calories while having fun in the water. Great for all ages, fitness levels and swimming abilities. *Aqua Express 45 mins.

BODYCOMBAT™: Punch and kick your way to fitness in this challenging and fun workout, choreographed to the latest and greatest fitness music. BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial-arts inspired class that is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

BODYPUMP™: BODYPUMP™ is a full-body barbell workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. You’ll leave feeling challenged and motivated.

BODYSTEP™: Push your body to the limit in our athletic BODYSTEP™ class. High and low impact options are available to suit every level of fitness. The cardio blocks will push fat burning systems into high gear, whilst the muscle conditioning tracks will shape and tone your whole body.

Circuit: A whole body conditioning class based in the gym incorporating equipment for muscle strengthening, endurance and cardio.

Max Out: This 45-minute workout is perfect for the time poor. A solid workout that will help you reach and then smash your limits and goals. Maximum results in minimal time. Prepare to run, jump and get moving!

Pilates: A mind and body workout developing core strength, muscle toning, flexibility and breath work.

Thump Boxing: Boxing drills and combinations paired with cardio and strength exercises provide a whole body workout. Get ready to punch, kick and knee your way to a stronger, fitter you.

Revolution: A 45-50 minute all-terrain ride that will burn calories and boost stamina. The energetic music will motivate you through a variety of speed, distance, hill and mountain challenges. Be prepared to sweat it out!

Strength Fix: We have taken all your favourite strength moves, added a few of our best exercises and choreopgraphed them to pre-set interval music to get you strong, toned and sweaty!

Stretch and Release: A low impact session focusing on suppleness. This class is designed to leave you feeling lengthened and balanced in both mind and body.

Supervised Rehab: A low intensity session in the water with individualised programs for people needing rehabilitation. Perfect for
pre-surgery and post-surgery recovery.

The Zuu: A full body workout based on primal movements to increase mobility, flexibility and strength. You’ll be crawling like a bear, squatting like a frog and much more! This class is all about putting people first and exercise second so come along and ‘Do what you can’.



Teen Strength: Improve your strength, muscle tone, endurance and cardiovascular fitness with a whole body 45 minute workout.

Teen Gym: A supervised session catering to each individual. A fitness assessment is required prior to starting.

Over 50s

Supermovers: A gym circuit for the more mature adult emphasising strength, balance and flexibility.

Living Longer Living Stronger: A gym-based timeslot for older, active adults endorsed by COTA for progressive strength training. A medical clearance and appraisal appointment is required prior to starting.


Aquability: Fun and games in the pool for adults with all levels of ability.

Moveability: A fun and lively session designed to stimulate the senses and encourage movement using hoops, balls and more.
