Fitness classes

Aqua: A total body workout shared between shallow and deep water, allowing you to work as hard as you like. Designed to tone and burn calories while having fun in the water. Great for all ages, fitness levels and swimming abilities. *Aqua Express 45 mins.

Circuit: A whole body conditioning class based in the gym incorporating equipment for muscle strengthening, endurance and cardio.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™: Punch and kick your way to fitness in this challenging and fun workout, choreographed to the latest and greatest fitness music. A high-energy martial-arts inspired class that is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™: A full body barbell workout that will burn calories, shape and tone, increase core strength and improve bone health. You’ll leave feeling challenged and motivated.

Les Mills BODYSTEP™: Push your body to the limit in this athletic style class. High and low impact options are available to suit every level of fitness. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear, whilst the muscle conditioning tracks shape and tone your whole body.

Les Mills RPM™: A fun, low impact group indoor cycling workout. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Metafit™: A high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories after your training session is complete.

MetaPWR™: A high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories after your training session is complete.

Pilates: A mind and body workout developing core strength, muscle toning, flexibility and breath work.

Strength Fix: We have taken all your favourite strength moves, added a few of our best exercises and choreopgraphed them to pre-set interval music to get you strong, toned and sweaty!

Stretch and Release: A low impact session focusing on suppleness. This class is designed to leave you feeling lengthened and balanced in both mind and body.

Supervised Rehab: A low intensity session in the water with individualised programs for people needing rehabilitation. Perfect for pre-surgery and post-surgery recovery.

Thump Boxing™: Boxing drills and combinations paired with cardio and strength exercises, provide a whole body workout. Get ready to punch, kick and knee your way to a stronger, fitter you.

Teen

Teen Strength: Improve your strength, muscle tone, endurance and cardiovascular fitness with a whole body 45 minute workout.

Teen Gym: A supervised session catering to each individual. A fitness assessment is required prior to starting.

Over 50s

Supermovers: A gym circuit for the more mature adult emphasising strength, balance and flexibility.

Living Longer Living Stronger™: A gym-based timeslot for older, active adults endorsed by COTA for progressive strength training. A medical clearance and appraisal appointment is required prior to starting.

Access

Aquability: Fun and games in the pool for adults with all levels of ability.

Moveability: A fun and lively session designed to stimulate the senses and encourage movement using hoops, balls and more.
