Who?

Our crèche is available to all customers of the Margaret River Recreation Centre.

Please be advised our crèche is not a licensed child care service under the Children and Community Services Act 2004. It is a condition of use that parents must remain within the centre / on the Gloucester Park premises at all times whilst the children are attending crèche.

To ensure a safe and quality visit, we have designed the following guidelines:

  • Parents must remain within the Margaret River Recreation Centre whilst children are in the Crèche.
  • An enrolment form must be completed for each child prior to their first Crèche visit.
  • Children must be signed in on the attendance register and signed out on departure.
  • We can accommodate children from 8 weeks and up.
  • Children can only be collected by the parent who signs them in, unless prior arrangements have been made with staff.
  • If your child has suffered from a communicable disease, a doctor’s clearance is required before he/she can return to the Crèche.
  • Should your child become distressed while in the Crèche, all attempts will be made to settle him/her however, you may be requested to attend to your child.
  • Add unique list items while keeping a consistent phrasing style and similar line lengths
  • In the event of an emergency, staff will evacuate children from the danger area. Once all children are accounted for and in a safe location, parents may then collect their children.
  • Please feel free to visit our child care facility to discuss your child’s needs with our qualified staff.
