Swim and Survive

Ages 5 and over

Swim and survive stages are for children aged 5 years and over and are offered Monday to Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Our school age swim school program is Royal Life Saving WA endorsed, with a strong focus on correct swimming strokes such as Freestyle, Backstroke, Survival Backstroke, Breaststroke, Sidestroke, and Butterfly. All assessments are based on the ‘must sees’ set by Royal Life Saving, and survival sequences must be completed in a competent manner.

Please refer to the Royal Life Saving WA Swim and Survive Levels for a comprehensive guide to the competencies of each stage.
