Training is suitable for everyone from a raw beginner to the advanced athlete and can be tailored for all ages from children through to older adults. Training is available in the following forms:

  • Personal Training: One-on-One
  • Buddy Training: You and a friend can select your own instructor and train together
  • Group X Training: Enjoy training in a group environment with that personal touch
